14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lostsoulstore.com.

Made-to-Order Products
All Lost Soul Store products are made on demand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer error, or personal preference regarding fit, style, or colour, except where required under EU consumer protection laws. Please carefully review size charts, colours, and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear photo showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbours or your local post office, confirm the delivery address used at checkout, and contact us so we can assist with an investigation. Orders lost due to incorrect customer information cannot be refunded.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production, as each item is printed specifically for you.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order.
