Thank you for shopping with Lost Soul Store. We want you to love your order, and we stand behind the quality of everything we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Returns
Because all of our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error

  • Dislike of fit, style, or colour
    Please double-check size charts, colours, and designs before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

    Once approved, a replacement will be sent automatically. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or your local post office

  2. Confirm the correct address was entered

  3. Contact us so we can help investigate
    Lost packages caused by incorrect customer information cannot be refunded.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent into production, as each item is printed specifically for you.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
